Are a couple I know of. If they ask you to install anything to get the download do not do it. I made this mistake once not too long ago and it rendered my desktop useless. I couldn't even shut down or restart, I could only log off. My control panel was disabled, my computer was disabled. Basically, all I could do was look at my desktop.

For games I would check out http://www.gamecopyworld.com , they are pretty safe the last time I checked.

I tried crack.am & I tried to d/l something and it asked me d/l something called activate_crack.exe,when i openned the set up file it asked if i want to install cram toolbar.I canceled it,also the site has porn pop up ads or porn sites,everytime you open a new page on the site.

I got something for winamp,but when i tried to get CD info at the CDDB to rip a CD, it didn't find the CD info,i had to manually name them.
It also only rips at less then 2x in mp3 format.I thought it was suppose to rip up to 16x.

P2P, You have it registered but you need to completely crack it as well, my Winamp burns up to 40x

you can completely register it with a key, but it doesn't count it as registered until you get a patch that removes your key immediately and completes your registration...just putting in a cracked serial key registers the product but not fully...I don't get why but my friend explained it to me before...either that or that's the true speed of your Burner and you were jipped

It didn't give me a key code or #'s to register winamp the crack i used.It also said it was a patch.

It's a Seek'n'Destroy patch that finds the
registration function and cracks it.

I wasn't talking about burning a cd with a burner,i was talking about copying a cd to mp3.It was slow less then 2x.

Never install anything without scanning. I've never gotten anything funky from these sites, but I'm still careful.

If you're going to rip a cd, use CDex = much better! But my winamp does go faster than that, it does the normal 40x record for mine as well on the rips...

Really you get 40x maybe it's my cd-rom that makes it slow or the crack patch aint working right .I'll just stick to using DBpowerAMP for ripping CD's.
